Our business was founded in 2001 by Gregory Cuke, with the establishment of Glade
Investments Inc. and the purchase of our first investment property. Longviewoffices.com
promotes and markets commercial and executive properties in Longview and surrounding
areas.
Gregory is a licensed Realtor in the commercial Division of Prudential Preferred Properties,
owner of Glade Investments Inc. and a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the
National Association of Realtors, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and
the National Apartment Association.
Working together with other agents and property owners we seek to increase the number of
times a property can be shown and minimize the cost per view.
Our goal is to provide a quality site optimized for top of view search placement for consumers
who are looking for affordable residential, commercial and executive office property for sale
or for lease in and around Longview, Texas.
Today Glade Investments owns, manages and promotes residential and commercial
properties within a 50 mile radius of Longview including Big Sandy and Ore City, TX. As
investors, we are currently looking for additional investment properties in these markets to
add to our portfoilio. We also serve as buyers agents for properties throughout East Texas.
As property managers, Glade Investments pledges to manage and maintain your property
